By accessing or using Radiatus Cloud Tools ("the Service"), available at online-tools.radiatus.com, a product of Radiatus ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Radiatus.

2. Description of Service

Radiatus Cloud Tools provides a suite of free, browser-based developer, security, SEO, design, and productivity tools. All tools process data entirely within your browser (client-side). The Service is provided by Radiatus as an informational and educational utility.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use the tools available on the Service for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unlawful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

  • Do NOT warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure.
  • Do NOT provide professional, legal, financial, medical, security, or compliance advice. All outputs are for informational and educational purposes only.
  • Strongly recommend that users independently verify all critical data, calculations, and results before relying on them for any purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

Notice: Under no circumstances shall Radiatus or its operators be held liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes based on the use of this Service.

  • Any security breaches, data loss, or system failures directly or indirectly related to the use of the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
  • Any actions taken based on SEO analysis, security scans, compliance checks, code formatting, hash generation, or any other tool output.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Radiatus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Radiatus, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

"Radiatus", "Radiatus Cloud Tools", the Radiatus logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Radiatus or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Radiatus.

All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, company names, and logos mentioned on this Service are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes, or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Radiatus.

The Service content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software) are owned by Radiatus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User-Generated Content & Tool Outputs

Any data you input into the tools is processed entirely on your device and never transmitted to our servers. You retain full ownership of your input data. Tool outputs (generated text, code, hashes, calculations, etc.) are not warranted for accuracy and are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying and validating any tool output before using it for any purpose.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Radiatus. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Radiatus shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
