Roll any dice, any number of them
Tabletop games and role-playing need dice you do not always have, from the common six-sided die to the twenty-sided d20. This roller lets you roll one or more dice with customisable sides, d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, and shows the results and total, so a game never stalls for want of the right die.
Why the different dice exist
Role-playing games use different dice because they need different ranges of random numbers: a d20 for a wide swing of outcomes on an action, a d6 for damage, a d4 for a small effect. Being able to roll several at once and see the total matters because game rules constantly ask for combinations, three six-sided dice, or a twenty-sided plus a modifier. The roller uses fair randomness so each face is equally likely, just like physical dice.

Yes. Roll multiple dice together and it shows each result and the total, which is what game rules constantly ask for.
Are the rolls fair?
Yes. Each face is equally likely on every roll, using your browser’s randomness, just like physical dice.
Why do games use different dice?
Because they need different ranges of random numbers, from a wide swing on a d20 to a small effect on a d4.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The roller runs entirely in your browser.
