Sudoku is the worldwide favourite logic puzzle: a nine-by-nine grid where every row, every column and every three-by-three box must contain the digits one to nine exactly once. This generator creates a brand-new, valid Sudoku puzzle each time, at easy, medium or hard difficulty, and provides the complete solution alongside it. The solution is built using a shuffled base pattern that guarantees a correct, fully solved grid, and then cells are removed to form the puzzle.
Harder difficulties leave fewer clues, making the puzzle more challenging to solve.
