See what else lives on an address
One IP address often hosts many websites, especially on shared hosting. Reverse IP lookup asks the opposite of the usual question: instead of which address a domain points to, which domains point to an address. This tool takes an IP or hostname and finds domains associated with it, which is useful for reconnaissance, troubleshooting and understanding a hosting footprint.
Why the answer is useful, and why it is incomplete
For an administrator, knowing every domain on a server helps with migrations and certificate planning. For a security reviewer, neighbouring domains on a shared host can matter, since they share an address and sometimes a reputation. The important caveat is that reverse IP data is never complete: it reflects what public datasets have recorded, so absence of a domain from the results does not prove it is not there.
Context, not proof
Treat the results as a lead rather than an authoritative inventory. They tell you what is publicly associated with an address, which is a useful starting point for the real question you are investigating. Look-ups of this kind depend on external data about public infrastructure; use them to inform, not to conclude.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does reverse IP lookup tell me?
Which domains are associated with a given IP address, the opposite of a normal lookup that finds the address for a domain.
Why would multiple domains share one IP?
Shared hosting puts many sites on one server and address. Content delivery networks and reverse proxies also front many domains from shared addresses.
Are the results complete?
No. They reflect what public datasets have recorded, so a domain missing from the results is not proof it is not hosted there.
What is it useful for?
Understanding a hosting footprint for migrations and certificates, and as a reconnaissance starting point when reviewing infrastructure.
Should I treat the results as authoritative?
No. Treat them as a lead to investigate further rather than a definitive inventory.
