Clean and deduplicate keyword lists

Keyword research produces messy lists: duplicates from combining sources, inconsistent casing, stray spaces and blank lines. This cleaner tidies a keyword list in one step. It can remove duplicate keywords, convert everything to lowercase for consistency, trim and collapse whitespace, drop empty lines, and sort the list alphabetically. The result is a clean set of keywords ready for analysis, grouping or import into a PPC or SEO tool.

Why tidy keyword lists matter

Clean data makes keyword work faster and more accurate. Duplicates inflate counts and waste budget in paid search, inconsistent casing can create apparent duplicates that are really the same term, and stray spaces break matching when you import lists into other tools. Normalising a list before analysis prevents these problems and makes grouping and comparison reliable.

Lowercasing is usually safe for keyword research since search is case-insensitive, but keep a copy if the original casing matters for display. All processing happens locally in your browser, so your keyword lists stay private.
