Get the numbers out of the words
Sometimes the only part of a block of text you need is the numbers: prices in a quote, quantities in an order, figures in a report, IDs in a log. This tool scans the text and extracts every number, integer and decimal, into a clean list, so you can pull the data out of the prose without retyping it.
Integers and decimals, handled correctly
Numbers in real text are not always whole. A price is 19.99, a measurement is 3.5, a percentage is 0.75. The extractor recognises decimals as single numbers rather than splitting them at the point, so 19.99 comes out as one value, not as 19 and 99. That distinction is what makes the extracted list actually usable as data.
A quick bridge from text to a spreadsheet
Once the numbers are a clean list, one per line, they paste straight into a spreadsheet column for summing, averaging or charting. That turns a paragraph of embedded figures into structured data in two steps. The extraction runs in your browser, so the source text, which might be a private invoice or record, is never uploaded.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it handle decimals?
Yes. Decimal numbers like 19.99 are recognised as single values rather than being split at the decimal point.
Are negative numbers extracted?
Numbers are extracted as they appear in the text, so signed and unsigned figures are pulled out as written.
What is the output format?
A plain list with one number per line, ready to paste into a spreadsheet column.
Can I then total the numbers?
Once extracted into a list, they paste straight into a spreadsheet where you can sum, average or chart them.
Is my text uploaded?
No. The extraction runs entirely in your browser, so private figures stay on your machine.
