Flatten wrapped text back into a paragraph
Text copied from a PDF, an email or a code comment often arrives with a line break every seventy characters, hard-wrapped at some width that made sense on the original page and nowhere else. Pasted into a document that wraps on its own, those breaks turn a clean paragraph into a jagged column. This tool removes the line breaks and joins the text into one continuous block that reflows naturally wherever you put it.
Joining without gluing words together
The subtlety is the space at the join. Removing a line break between "quick" and "brown" should leave "quick brown", not "quickbrown", but removing a break in the middle of a hyphenated word should not add a space. Sensible joining inserts a space where words meet so the result reads correctly rather than running together.
When to keep paragraph breaks
Not every line break is noise. The break between two paragraphs is meaningful and usually worth keeping even when the breaks inside each paragraph are not. Flattening text is most useful when you can remove the wrapping breaks while leaving the real structure intact. The whole operation runs in your browser with nothing uploaded.

Does it glue words together when removing a break?
No. A space is inserted where two words meet so quick and brown become quick brown rather than quickbrown.
Why would text have unwanted line breaks?
Because it was hard-wrapped at a fixed width when it was created, often in a PDF or email. Those breaks make no sense once the text is pasted somewhere that wraps on its own.
Can I keep paragraph breaks?
Removing line breaks is most useful when the meaningful paragraph structure survives; the tool is aimed at flattening the wrapping breaks that turn a paragraph into a ragged column.
Is this the opposite of adding line breaks?
